Die Siedlung (und unsere Ferienwohnungen) liegt sehr nah am Zentrum der Stadt, ist aber trotzdem sehr schön und ruhig. Von hier aus können Sie die tolle Aussicht auf die Hügel, Lloret de Mar und natürlich das Mittelmeer genießen.
In der Nähe des Eingangs der Siedlung befindet sich ein großer Supermarkt und die zahlreichen kleinen Einkaufsstraßen und die herrlichen Strände mit einem großen Freizeitangebot.
